at home workout

  • at home workout

    i have been lifting weights fo about a year or something now but sometimes my schedule to get to my dads to lift weights (due to divorced parents i only have weights there) anyway what are good workouts i can do it at home besides just push ups and crunches or are those all that are really necessary sry spelling anyway thanks in advance for any feedback and sry if this is asked constantly

    you can get a pullup bar and do pullups, chinups

    you can do weightless squats

    you can do leglifts

    you can get a punching bag to workout on

    you can jump rope

    you can lay on your stomach and do back extensions

    you can do bicycles and reverse bicycles on your back

    you can run

    see if your parents will sign you up at a gym.

      If you can a set of dumbbells with adjustable weights, you can do olympic lifts.

      Snatch, clean and presses.

      Other exercises

      burpees, hindu/dive bomber pushups, leg raises, swinging your legs side to side while lying down to work your abs, bridges for your neck, handstand pushups; mountain climbers, etc etc.. list goes on.
