    experts in bodybuilding i need some tips or opinions about body building or getting biceps and abs to loof fit and here's a litlle info about me

    i live in the philippines 17 years of age and 5'9 tall and 120 lbs so guys how can i develop muscles and abs also to look fit what training exercise would u recommend?? coz they say u must work ur muscles when ur 18 but i need good and true advices..... hope u will help me

    Try a Cast Iron weight set {free weights} and pushups. {Regular and with your feet in a chair(Elevated)}. You will also need a weight lifting book unless you have a coach.
