Two years ago, I decided to focus more on my boxing game having trained a some in muay thai and realizing that the better boxers were getting the better of me on the inside game.

I got his punching with power manual (.pdf) and it provided alot of great bag drills, calisthenics and plyometrics. My hand speed and punching power went up: I was able to throw double and triple jabs easier, my right hand hit harder and my body shots were stopping other kickboxers who neglected their boxing game.
