    Ok sounds good. But I don't have a hook on my head to attach the weights though. It was removed at birth.
    Are you suggesting I use a rope like the thais do to hang the weight around the head or...?

      sorry goof ball, put a towel on your head and lay the weight on your head and use your hand to stabilize the weight. there are neck harnesses but they only work th neck in one direction

        Alright seems like that could work. Although a hook on the top of the cranium would be ideal for this kind of training.
        I would really need to strengthen my weak neck if I was to start training thai clinch or grappling.

          good lusk with that hook thing i heard they do a hook add on surgery in mexico good luck with the neck training and don't over do it!!!!!!!!
