My stuff weighs anywhere from 25 to 35 lbs. I carry it around in a backpack and move quick from class to work to class and what not.

Met an older vet the other day, while talking to a friend. He told me to up it to 65 lbs and keep up the same pace.

Is this good for your body? Doesn't seem like it...

Did some weight training for an hour hitting the major muscle groups.

One of my classmates whose a really attractive and easygoing gal came with me and we lifted non-stop, taking turns spotting each other.

Cycled for 8 miles at an average pace of 22 mph.

Ran 1.5 miles just under 11:00.

I don't have one, it's just fun to run around or whatever. I tend to do it kicking a soccer ball around because then you train kicking too.

Good point. Sparring during exhaustion flat out sucks. There's not a better way to describe it.

Today is going to be a paced medium distance run.

I'm going to finish a 5-mile run at the fastest pace I can keep. Thereafter, I'm going to do some fun lower body calisthenics I picked up in SEALpt and then hit the abs.

    What's up ryguy.

I ran 1-mile (1.6km) intervals tonight in the following times: 6:48, 7:17 and 8:29. A bit slow on the last one, but I couldn't push tthrough for some reason.

I cycled for 20 minutes average 19 mph.

Banged out 2 x 100 reps of jumping jacks as fast as possible. Banged out 2 x 50 sets of situps. 50 reps of leg raises.

Lastly I walked 1-mile cool down.
