    Okay I want forearms that look impressive.

    My problem is Im a natural ectomorph (thin boned) Im 5ft 11 and weigh 165lbs despite 12 years of weight training.

    I already do wrist curls rotating forward and backwards once a week. And mainly power clean and jerks.

    I also wank a couple of times a week.
    Also I do handgrips

    Seriously what more can i do to get pumped and increased forearm mass.
    I struggle to eat enough protein and dont want to get any bigger overall. I just want my forearms to be like Bruce Lee

    Wrist curls gave me bad pain in my wrists and forearms, and most likely tendinitis. I get good results from farmer's walks with dumbbells or kettlebells, and no pain.

      super or even tri-setting is also a good way to fully tax the forearms.
      mixing up the the number of reps you do, say you do 15 one workout do 8 the next then 12 after that or whatever combination you choose

            But seriously I appreciate the advice here. It took a man to type that reply and its appreciated. Right back to my forearm training!

            Now my question is this.

            You gained 2 inches around your forearms after six months. But did this happen because you oterwise gained muscle or mass? or was it just forearms

              jiu jitsu and judo with the gi will build up your forearms and grip strength quite a bit.

              doing pullups holding on to a rope or gi belt will build up forearms and grip strength.

              weight lifting will help for sure, things like hammer curls, reverse curls and reverse curls with a bent wrist will build up your forearms.

              hitting heavy bags will also build up your forearms.

                    in criminology we were told that men who truly dont masturbate are seriously fucked in the head, and that many serial killers do not masturbate at all. if a guy tells you he dont wack it he either lying or totally fucked in the head.

                          LOL. It isn't reality-based training, I'll agree but solo training is still relatively safer.

                          I'd guess ITP builds attributes in the battle of the sexes that certain practices cannot, like the gong fu sticky finger sets while being much safer than the more explosive drunken cock style founded in the bars of resort towns.
