Well, that's how my QUADS feel. I did a 5k yesterday at the local high school track and my quads are killing me today.
It's my first time running outdoors in a very, very, very long time. My treadmill needs repair thus I took to the track yesterday.
My legs hurt like hell. Any suggestions other than stretching them? Any suggestions for going from the treadmill to the track?
