I just had a BJJ competition and i had to weighin and make under 150 (130-149.9) i walk around at about 155 i made the weight but there was a weight change from when i woke up at 7:00(147lbs) to when i weighed in at 9:30 (149.7lbs) and i didn't eat anything the night before or before the weigh in..i was just wondering where that extra weight came from.
