Yesterday I got an add in the mail for a new program its called THERMO-NUTRITION I was wodering the following:

Any information on it? WHO-WHAT-HOW
How effective is it?
Are any of you using it?

I know

Thermo - Has something to do with heat/temperature
Nutrition - Has something to do with the vitamins and minerals we eat.

Any insight?
