        Hi, I really appreciate what you have been doing to maintain your ideal weight. Mine could be in a different way. I usually do it with my family. It is actually a sort of a special bonding too while losing some pounds. We usually resorted to one of the best kinect games of our Xbox 360 and its either a bowling activity or a dance routine game. You may try it and I am sure , you'll have great fun and will lose wait at the same time
