    What training to you think is the best for speed? what do you use personaly?

    who are you asking?

    for me, I love to sprint. I just try to go as long as possible without slowing down. i never stop untill The entire distance is covered. I usually slow down to a jog if I feel I can't sprint any longer

      I have read that a conditioned nervous system can bring about speed, since it sends signals from the brain to the muscles. So, one method I use is to see how fast I can perform daily tasks. It might sound idiotic, but I think it's working!

        Yah, that sounds ridiculous.
        Anyways, you can also wear ankle and wrist weights while performing daily tasks, than take them off when sparring.
