  • Do you have indoor plants with?

    Hi everyone,

I used to have many plants indoor. But we moved before my baby was born and I never got plants again. She is 15 months old now. I am wondering what others do with indoor Plants and young Toddlers? We live in a two bedroom condo. No where to keep out of her reach. I will just have to say many NOs to her until she learns she should not touch them. In general we have kept a clutter free simple living room to minimize number of NOs we should tell her. But as winter is approaching I really want some plants indoor. In the summer she would go to the balcony and play with the plants and even sometimes dig the soil and I was okay with the mess. I would clean up after. But that mess indoor is difficult, also sometimes she would eat the soil if I was not around. Indoor is not possible to be right beside her all the time. Any suggestions? Should I hold off indoor Plants for now?

Jumping in on this older post, have you considered wall planters or hanging pots? They can be out of reach for little hands and still brighten up your space. Aloe vera or snake plants are great low-maintenance options. Curious if you’ve found any creative solutions for this yet!

I've found that opting for easy-care and pet-safe indoor plants can be a great solution with a toddler around. I've bought some from indoor plants, where they offer a variety carefully checked before shipping. The extra 20% discount makes it a good time to try. You might appreciate their care guides via QR codes, which help keep things simple and stress-free.
