i took some of those diet pills (need to lose 5 pounds) forgot the name but i know they had effedrine in them..i was supposed to take 4 a day, took 2 was up 2 days straight and ate 1 time during the entire time and even that made me feel sick...

I take stacker 2 lite, and have had some trouble getting my sleep. I take 6 pills a die. I've also had some trouble with dizziness, and headache, I don't know if those are side effects. But I'm going to continue taking 6 pills a day for the rest of november, than cycle the pills.

December - 5 pills
January - 4 pills
February - 3 pills
March - 2 pills
April - 1 pill
May - 0 pills

after may, I'm thinking I probably lost enough fat, so i'll just see what happens after that. Try to get brand names, and do your research before buying supplements.
