Do you people have any tips on how to reduce pain and fasten the healing of shoulders. I broke my shoulder about 2 or 3 moths ago. At first it heldled just fine. and after two weeks I was able to start trainig again. But now it has started to hurt after doing my gym (weight) training. What to Do?

Figure out which movements aggravate your shoulder. Then either eliminate those movements completely for another month or two or do them with less weight and slowly work your way back up. No real way to make bone heal faster. It does that all on its own. Also, the area of the break may still be swollen, that is the bone itself may be swollen. That swelling of the bone is part of the healing process. Eventually it goes down, but it takes a while.
