can anyone do these ? Do you do them on your fists, flat handed, or fingers ? and if you can, How the hell do you do them ? I can barely do them with the worst form.

Nope have no idea how to do them. But would you sort of have the one arm doing the pressup more in the middle of your body for balance? I have no idea.

ok ill try my best here........

        1) get into pushup position.

        2) spread legs for balance. (only as far as you need)

        3) i lean my shoulder a little bit, this centres my gravity close to were my arm is. (i think this mite be cheating....but i cant hardly do it any other way)

i have been told how to properly do them before, im not sure what he told me, i dont realy do them regularly, but i figure this way is right.

The most I've done is 21 reps. If you look on www.dragondoor.com, and look for Pavel Tsatsouline's info on one-handed pushups, you'll get good information on form. He also offers tips on how to learn to do them, then increase your numbers.

For instance, if you can't do them well, you can start with your hand on a table to decrease the resistance. Gradually work your way toward doing them from the ground.

I can get a couple, but as Kingston says, it's really hard to keep balance. And it seems to be really hard on the shoulder as well.

                    I only managed about 2!!

There was this exercise we did this week where the partner and myself puts an arm around each others back, and attempts to do simultaneous push ups with one hand.

Its definitely easier than doing one armed push ups solo.
