  • Conditioning Exercises

Edit:I wanted to share these exercises with those of you who are interested in increasing your overall level of conditioning. Both exercises hit most, if not all the muscles of the body and when done for moderate to high reps, can be quite effective for increasing one's level of cardiovascular conditioning.

i never knew what a burpee was, because I always called them squat thrusts. Thanks

And that turkish exercise, that would be really helpfull if and when a big guy is sitting on you and crushing you It's a good Idea to practice different angles, and weights, different forms of resistance, such as dumbells, barbells, medicne balls, wrist weights, resistance band, and an actual apponents, of all different sizes and shapes.
