I have a pain in my right arm. Its opposite my elbow, where my forearm meets my bicep. It seems ok most of the time, but if I arm wrestle or do anything kinda strenous on it, it hurts. I think its from too much arm wrestling and extending my arm all the way down when I do preacher curls. Does anyone what this is, if my prediction as to what caused it is right, and how long I will need to leave it alone for it to get better? Also is there anything I can do to speed the process? R.I.C.E. perhaps? Thank you all in advance.

Just a guess, you might somehow be hyperextending your elbow and getting some referred pain to the inside of your arm.
I don't know but you might even be getting a type of corpral tunnel type injury. I don't remember when they call it when it is further up near your elbow. It is an over use injury. You should look to see if you are over training and if so you may have to lay off on that arm a month or even more.
I don't know of any way to speed up R.I.C.E.
g'luck
