    You may be able to do more weight on a lat machine, but when you start doing pull-ups you won't be able to do as many reps. You'll have body movement happening and you'l be pulling your body through its natural range of motion, neither of which happen using a machine.

      Ooops, I was supposed to have 85 grams of fat a day but I accidently made chanko containing 135 grams of fat...

      I have started eating lots of small meals, it's hard to adjust but I'm hoping it will help build muscle.
