Does anyone have any drills for improving side kicks?
Apart, from the obvious, which is to practice the kick!
For info, my style uses a straight out side kick that is like the front kick until the last moment when the hip is turned. The kick strikes with the heel and leading edge of the foot (big toe up, other toes turned down).
I'm looking for co-ordination and accuracy improvements, as opposed to raw power.
