I'm lookin for some good routines or programs i can use to burn fat and get cut! i need some nice lean hard sexy muscles!! right now i'm at 185 pounds and i'm about 5'8-5'9 tall i think my weight is good but i need to be defined... what are some good programs? do i need alot of cardio???? i hate to run :-( but if i gotz to i will...... and for supplements... anything good to be recommend to help burn fat faster???? i don't want anything to mess me up or gain weight
