    HIIT pushes your body past aerobic to anaerobic levels.
    doing walking/ joggin intervals is only good for the 300 lb tub of adipose getting in shape striaght off the couch.
    HIIT it for any serious athelete trying to loose fat, combine HIIT with a Ketogenic diet and look forward to getting RIPPED, If of course you can handle it

              I never said I have ripped abs, I do have low body fat however, If I could post a pic I would, I would say right now I have >10%bf
              I am 5'11" and wiegh about 210. Im giving estimates cause this flucautes (water wieght, diet, If I went out drinking over the weekend, ETC) So put that togethor and you should get a mental image. I do however keep my bodyfat here on purpose, I could easily get ripped using these methods, But I do not like be in a calorie deficiet. I need high calories to repair my body so I keep my bodyfat around this level.

              And this are not my theories. As you can see I posted whose articles this were and even the references they use.

              If you want proof they work, ask any "RIPPED" bodybuilder how they got down to 6% BF for contest and 9/10 they will say KETO and HIIT (and probaly a good ECA stack)


              Another thing to ADD ECA stacks are great for helping loose fat.
              However if you wanna retain as much muscle as possible ditch the aspirin and just use
              25mg Ephedra
              200mg Caffiene
              3x a day before meals.

                  unless you are talking about an IBFF pro or something, wich I agree 10 years of constant cycling of AAS and fasting precontest is far from healthy....

                  Regardless I am given advice on how to lose wieght, And bodybuilders are a perfect example of how to loose wieght. Im not saying Go on Multiple AAS cycles and shit, Im saying take what You can from them knowledge wise and dicth what is useless to you.

                    Hit is a very effective means of training for your above avg. american. If your a fat ass then it obviously isn't meant for you though. I have used it and it is very effective. By the way. Last time I checked I was at 4% body fat(Although I do have a high metabolism. Which is related to my work rate though). If you are going to say that I am unhealthy. Check again. . I have never taken a steroid or even a supplement and by no means starve myself(140 lb and eat about 3000-5000 calories a day), it is all through hard work and training.

                      decypheredbeats. Anyone can find a scientific study. Theres even ones that say that men have never actually gone to the moon...... Doesn't prove Jack Sheeeeeeeeit!

                      If you put only the amoung of calories in your body that it usually needs, and then exercise more than you usually do..... you will lose fat. Sorry if that is not scientific enough for you.

                      And you're right. Bodybuilders areamongst the healthiest specimens of humankind in the world.

                        yeah anyone can find a scietific study. But if you paid attention you would realize that I posted studies from multiple sources and I made sure I posted articles that contained references from the studies they took imformation from. Sorry but if you paid attention in science class you would remember that when it is an Idea it is a theory. When study after study after study proves it to be correct it is a fact.

                        I have no idea what your trying to argue cause all you have said is repetively that I am wrong, or if your just trying to argue for the sake of arguing

                        and this thread was started on the "quickest way to loose fat". Obviously if your in a colorie deficiet you will loose fat, but not the quickest as possible.

                        and BTW bodybuilder at contest time might have 4%BF, but any other time that is impossible you would have to be in a severe calorie defeciet and would probaly feel like shit all day from lack of energy.....

                            That is NOT the same thing as HIIT training, don't confuse people. HIIT training deals with using your muscles Myoglobin stores (the molecules that bond with oxygen) and burn out in the first 10 seconds, and then stopping to let your body replenish the myoglobin and then starting again, thereby avoiding using your muscles glucose stores and facilitating increased fat usage after you have done the routine over the next 24-36 hours.

                            I don't know your qualifications or where you get your facts, and what you say is accurate, but it is NOT what I am saying.

                            If you are arguing against HIIT, then I again say you're misguided.

                            To burn fat FAST maintain 60% to 70% of your maximum heart rate.
                            While effective, it's not the same as HIIT and won't yield the same results.

                            Anyways, this thread has gotten silly. Sure, anyone can find medical whatever to back up whatever blah blah blah.

                            If you don't believe in HIIT, find, I don't care. But, The American Council on Exercise deems me qualified to teach, train, and instruct people. It's not my "opinion", it's not my pictures of my "shredded abs", its years of research and science and FACT.

                              Sean - can the effect be replicated when cycling? I was thinking, count ten pedals high intensity, and then 30 low intensity, and keep that up?
