HIIT pushes your body past aerobic to anaerobic levels.
doing walking/ joggin intervals is only good for the 300 lb tub of adipose getting in shape striaght off the couch.
HIIT it for any serious athelete trying to loose fat, combine HIIT with a Ketogenic diet and look forward to getting RIPPED, If of course you can handle it
