I very very much doubt that chili (i assume you mean the spice) will kill anything, exept your taste-buds, no matter what sort of quantities you eat. And alcohol would likely be mostly absorbed into the body before it reaches the lower intestines, where most parasites put themselves, so I kind of doubt that would help either. Atleast i DON'T recommend that anyone try to drink their parasites to death

In any case, you should SERIOUSLY find yourself some other junk-food places to eat. I mean, parasites should be virtually non-existant in developed countries, and if you got this through your food (!!) then I don't even want to think about that kind of hygiene they have there...

Even in the most roural and backwater parts of africa and asia, the only real "effective" way to get parasites is through drinking unfiltered, contaminated water. Report the place to the local authorities so they can shut it down, and get somewhere else to eat your chili

      Chilies & Whiskey

      Stigma,

You’re right about the chilies and alcohol. I should have been clearer about that. Following a doctor’s advice is the best solution.

That restaurant is okay though. They only serve fresh larb on request. Otherwise they serve it cooked. Also, when I ask for that, I know the risk. Which, I think is even higher in the US.

Larb is a Thai raw meat salad. However, in US restaurants, it is served cooked. The site, ThaiTable, has a recipe for the cooked version.
