I voted for hooters, but that's because they are the solution to just about every problem that I have had or ever will have.
However, I believe that true motivation comes from the inside, and you have to sort things out on your own. Self-reflection can take some time, but it's the only form of finding motivation that won't leave you in the same boat again the next time you're not feeling like training.

I teach classes at my gym, which means I have to show up everyday and train whether I really want to or not. I'm not sure if that's motivation exactly, but it keeps me going when I'd rather stay home.
Also, my gym doesn't get much contact with the martial arts 'community'. browsing these forums, and going to the occasional seminar helps me stay excited.
Sheeps not so much.
