Any one know of any meditations to help being sick, something to flush out toxins and maybe help my blood cells do what they normally do. I know meditating helps, and ima do that, but if any one knows specific practices or, shiht, anything to help being so sick, i would be very grateful. for now im gonna hit the water and practice some tai chi standing meditations


. Seriosly i could a big cold and felt awful - had a 4 hour bath and felt great. its been proven that the cold virus has optimum breeding conditions in a cold nose - so make it warm. The steam helps too (especially if you've smoked a bit o hash recently)
