Is 3 two minute sets enough skipping a day for good cardio?
Good for a straight beginner, but you definitely want to get more. I do about 12 3-minute rounds and in between each I'm doing kettlebell work for 3 min so that'll give you something to shoot for
yea, koto has the right mindset...i would like to have a routine but, i just put on one of my cd's and plastic sweat suit and skip through the whole cd...with maybe two breaks to rehydrate....am i the only one who does this?...or does everyone skip in round revolutions?
