I here you there. I hate walking my dog in this weather too.
For working out though, I bought a membership to the local YMCA for $35 a month. I can run on a good track, go swimming, sit in the jaquizzi, hit the sauna or steamroom, and play some basketball when I'm done.

They have all the treadmilles, ellipticals, etc that you could ever imagine. Freewieghts, nautalus, heavybags/speedbags, medice balls and more. I still do a lot of work in my garage. But swimming and jogging are only done at the YMCA during this season

When you call them, ask them if they have any partnerships with colleges in the area (College students go for free). They will have a more updated facility, more equipment, and more eye-candy. Since the price is going to be the same everywhere, might as well get as much as you can out of it.

              Hey Mike Brewer,

Do you count the negative calorie foods as part of the 1200-1500 caloric intake for the day? If not, then I only ate about 900 last night.

              Thanks,

              FS.

BTW, let me know who your management team is. I'm trying to network a little and make sure I can get some higher dollar fights out of state.
Mike, if you don't mind posting that regimen I would love to see it. I've started training again, trying to get back into shape. I'm already lost 10lbs., I was 260. Anything at all would be a help.

I can see how you could swim with your balls to the wall, but running like that sounds complicated.

It is indeed. Which is why sooo many calories get burned off.
