Arab is not a nationality. More like Black and White.

Arab is a cultural thing, like Iranians are Persian not Arabic, but are still muslims.
So technically he is a British-arab in terms of heritage as we dont have a seperate classification beyond nationality in Britain for being British.

I bet bigboywasim is from the UK. Its normal in the UK to class oneself in this way.

ok just seen his sig and he is american, maybe different areas its different in the states.

Being Arab does not make one Muslim. Most Arabs in many European countries are Muslims. In contrast, most Arabs throughout the Americas are Christian. Most Arabs in both the United States and Brazil are Lebanese. I believe the richest man currently in the world, is an immigrant or son of an immigrant to Mexico, and I believe he is half Arab/Lebanese.

Generally most Arabs in the United States distinguish themselves as so, at least many of the Palestinian (often Muslim) ones do who own corner stores in the central cities.

bruce was like that too though. so, maybe youre all right. bruce would tell people, "Im an american." maybe theyre referring to citizenship.

He's quite the showman! Interesting angles on some of his inside shots and a sweet straight lead. (heavy)

from 2.20 to 2.45, who was his opponent there? i remember him from when i was younger, i forgot how flashy he was, shame what has happened to him now, i know that he was on about a come back but he would need to drop a load of weight.

Regardless of how talented Hamed was, I never liked him or supported his career. With fighters of real ability you always expect a level of supreme confidence and showmanship, but that isn’t what he had. He was just an arrogant, narcissistic, disrespectful little prick, both inside and outside of the ring. Life hasn’t turned out so well for him, can’t say I will be shedding a tear.

Rather than copy and paste the link you need to use the YouTube wraps when you post, if you can't see those then rather than copy the url from you tube copy the code under "Embed"

Well done sir. I still have nothing favourable to say about Hamed though!

A young British boxer who I have a lot of time for is Amir Khan. He has proved all his critics and doubters wrong in his young professional career to date, dispatching most of his opponents in the early rounds with his unbelievable hand speed and increasing power. But more than that he is a young man who conducts himself with humility and professionalism, and I have so much more time for that than the antics of Hamed.

Below isn't the best clip, but his promoter Frank Warren makes sure all Khan's fights are kept off You Tube, so its slim pickings. There is a 5 part documentary on there which is very interesting, if people have the time. Anyway....

That is a very nice clip. Amir's very fast and powerful indeed.
His body movements are really accurate as well, quite impressive!
                            Thanks for posting, Michael.

You're welcome sir. That clip is a little old, he has come on far more since then. 15 professional victories, 12 by KO. He defends his commonwealth title tonight in London against Gairy St Clair, I shall be settling in to watch that one
