Just started seaching and found this board, great stuff. Anyhow, I haven't done anything with boxing in a long time (and at that time it was just the basics).
However, I've been lifting weights and bodybuilding (lil stuff) for the past 5 years. What I would like to know is what type of training do you guys recommend for speed? I've got a pretty solid punch, however its not real fast. Also, I live in an apartment and would like to get a training bag? What would be good? Could I use a heavy bag in the corner?
