Where do you live that allows you to practice Shaolin? Also, what kind of fighter are you (what do you feel more comfortable with). Wing chun involves the most force with the least stress, while Shaolin SEEMS to turn an offense into a defense, and viceversa (i say seems' to point out that i have no factual practice or experience with any shaolin forms, but only a view of it, and some research). THey both use direct paths to the target, but primary shaolin practices use slightly more rounded movements than Wing chun(i think). I thought they were mainly from the US. Anyway, they mainly end up talking about Wing Chun, Wing Chun and more Wing Chun, some CLF then more Wing Chun, in their "Kung Fu" forum.Comment

MAP's TOS is based on two simple rules.
No profanity, and no personal attacks.
The forum started in the UK, but has something like 20,000 members from all over the world, TMA and MMA alike.
What I'd point out (again) is that you are either posting stuff like this deliberately (possibly because you did join, and were banned) to have a go at MAP over your own personal issues, or you are reacting as the Trolls currently residing here intend.
i.e. you are being used.
It's not in this forums interests that it antagonises other forums members over what are (seemingly) personal issues.
To me, at this moment, you are coming across as no better than the current wave of Trolls on here, which I'd point out were banned several times over on MAP.

I personally see no need for all this Megan's Law crap, it only makes things worse. Telling someone he MUST register with the local state police and can potentially have his name published all over the place as a sexual offender thereby costing him his job, his family (if he's even lucky enough to have one), and his home is NOT helping to get him back in to society. You're just making someone who most likely just spent at least five years in prison and even more bitter person more likely to be violent. Great, nice job!
It's even worse for kids. Kids are lucky, juvenile offenders get treatment. Unless it takes a while, then they risk getting committed to a mental hospital. That's helping how? "Gee, you're not responding fast enough to treatment, let's put you in a mental hospital for a few years!" Yup, that's right, this is the law as it applies to some uvenile offenders.
How are these decisions made? Usually on the basis of stuff the offenders have talked about in treatment! That's right, commit a sexual offense, get put in treatment, and then everything you say in treatment gets used against you. Not really encouraging people to work with the system, now is it?
Rapists should be punished, just like any other criminal. But we have to be somewhat reasonable for crting out loud.Comment
