In Karate - they call it San Chin
while....
In GoCho - they call it Sam Chien

Here is the question:
In Go Cho - they call it Di Sip Kun
how about in Karate????? they have also that too??????

In NgoChoKun (GoCho) they have their 44 Forms (Kuns and Chiens), in Karate they have that complete 44 forms too?????????

this is what i mean before that the First form of NgoChoKun is the Last form of Karate......

and this stupid Tae Kwon Do is a CLONED to Karate.....

cause the 1st Kata of of Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate is also the same found in Tae Kwon Do's Pomsee No. 1

Shito ryu Karate has about 36-40 forms but that's beside the point, if I am going to make a new art, would I just take everything I learned or would I use what I think is ok with the base art and dismiss what I think is useless
there is no most advanced form in "Karate" it depends on the school in what order and which forms they teach

Oh btw in Uechi ryu they do the open hand form of sanshin

but wherre did this thread get so messed up that it all of a sudden was about this again

Granted there are techniques and modifications to techniques which depend on your heigh and build and your opponents. But that isnt what they get rid of, its the useless stuff that goes.
