just make sure you've properly trained and conditioned your hands or it wont be the coconut that breaks And yeah i agree its sort of silly, but that doesnt make it any less fun

The problem with such videos and demos is that they had supplied the material. I want to supply them with my own.

Maybe I drank a bit too much cough syrup this morning, but I read this a bunch of times and I still don't know WTF this means?

i've done suspended breaks and free breaks where a board is thrown in the air.

I'm not a fan of breaking but it can be fun.

He is suggesting the coconuts were weakened in some manner and that the breaks are fake. you get that response often from those that cant do these things, they figure if they havent done the conditioning and work then no one has either

Hey there Boarbuddy.... I know a chick that husks the things with her teeth and pops them open with her elbow, wrist and her palm but she says it's easier to open one with a big rock.

I'd be impressed if you cracked it with your head or something?

                                Another (stupid) trick...

Disclaimer: Don't try it. If you're smarter than a stick you know steel traps will break small bones and they are illegal (in most states) because they are so cruelly painfull to the critters that they catch. Don't be stupid.

Many years ago... Back in the late 1970's my brother and I used to play with steel traps. You know the inhumane type with the spring activated steel jaws that snap closed when you trip the paddle?

...How fast do you think your knife technique is? If you can swipe your knife through and trip the trap without catching your blade then why not your hand?

Okay... that was fun, now try a thrust and retract. It's not as quick because it stops going one way and comes back on the same path.... But you can trip it and get out without catching the blade, eh? Why not your fingers (spear hand)?

Two techniques to trip a trap and if you're fast enough to get out of the jaws before they close, no harm done!

Next level... hang it from a branch, spin it. Hang it from a bungee cord and weight it so it bounces and spins...

Did I mention we lived in the sticks?

PLEASE don't try this crazy shit with your bare hands!
