Bruce had gotten his ass handed to him quite a few times by martial artists to be making that statement.

Who on here has never had there ass handed to them? I'm sure Bruce learned some of what he did from actual fighting, rather than just sparring. His only public victories are in an amateur boxing match and in a challenge fight against Wong Jak Man - but records say that when he was studying wingchun in HK, he was getting in street fights regularly.

There's always someone out there bigger, stronger, faster, better timing, more experienced etc.

I remember seeing one of Vunak's knife videos and he commented about how much better and awesome Dan Inosanto was....then read a magazine article written by Dan, whom explained how his instructor was yet better than he.

Never met anyone that was invincible.

That's Sifu Hu Xilin of the 6 Harmonies Mantis school, and I can't believe he's someone you consider a viable candidate to back up the shit you talked. His footwork is completely incorrect for Northern Mantis, he tried to blend Shuai Chaio and Sun Style Tai Chi into Mantis and wound up with that mish mash. His root is extremely high and he relies on student fear/cooperation for his application, hate to say it bud but any good boxer would mop the floor with him. Note how he holds his head up and BACK, any proper forward pressure/heavy attack would cause him to fall on his can. Note the fact he failed to teach any of the students a proper Shuai Chaio breakfall, that's the very first lesson he should have taught his students unless he was relying on showing off to teach. Instead they're using traditional breakfalls that endanger their health and allow him to pull those techniques off, the first time someone had used a SC breakfall he would have found himself thrown and likely suffered a broken arm in the process due to his own improper applications.

Hey, like I said I was interested in his techniques. I also saw his weak high stance. but remember this man has developed his style to suit his movements. It is easy for us to poke at him, but perhaps not so easy to overcome him.

And there are many different people I could point out about their techniques. But like I said, the you tube is not the be all and end all of recorded kung fu Knowledge.

Why do other people feel the need to push their own religious bullsh!t on other people.

To all, here is a little man who does kung fu who could overcome some MMA guys I believe. I believe he is a mantis fighter. I just saw this recently on the you tube, there are many fighters that I have seen that have interesting skill. He does not use clawing gouging techniques so it is not exactly what i am talking about. I just thought it might be interesting to see.

Hello, it is not that hard to figure out. You figured it out also. You are implying that the so called christians who killed their kids and were possessed are not good. I agree that they are not christians to do such things. So the truth is that a christian would not be possesed or kill their kids. And that those who do so are evil. So we have defined what a Christian is and what they are not.

We all know what is good and what we should do, the thing is we do not always do what we Know to be right. So that puts us in a predicament, of knowing the good and not being able to do it. That is where Christianity comes in, it says we are all evil and can do no true good and yet we must or be justly condemned by a Good holy God. But God seeing this is the case with man sent his Son, who is God in the flesh. He came as man and as God for us. He satisfied the law of God and was good, God sees this one man and can accept him. So if we are connected to this man through faith God says we can do good also, because he will be in us working through us. It is only in Christ that we can be seen as right. At least thats how I understand it and it makes perfect sense to me. I wont get into the fantastic things I have seen and been a part of, many would not believe much of them. But I can say with absolute certanly that there is a God and he is good.

I don't mean to preach, but these things are just a part of my life.

Please don't introduce religion in this thread. That's a different argument for a different time.

1. You consistently change the subject from "average Kung Fu dude" to Kung Fu master, then say a KUNG FU MASTER can overcome SOME MMA GUYS!? Thats like comparing an M60 to an M16.

I am by no means saying that little mantis fighter is the best etc. I just thought it was an interesting selection of videos, and it shows how a smaller man can overcome a larger. Some would just hear that this little man was a kung fu man and attack him instantly. Then when you see him move you se something different.

Also I have posted some of the Wing Chun guy, Emmin, I think that is his name. I posted stuff from him in other sites about this topic. He could also overcome many MMA fighters I believe.
