They're all just different variants of Judo. Plain and simple.

I think it's safe to say the Gracie family has had great success with their judo (Jiu-Jitsu). The popularity of modern MMA is proof of that.

They deserve credit for the preservation of OLD SCHOOL (pre-war) Judo.
