      • looks like a standard armbar to me. (yea i had to look it up).

id try and roll over the top of the guy trying to put it on when he lies back, or grab my elbow, but looking at how they put it on, the elbow might be hard to grab.

Otherway to get out of it, tap out... then king hit em when they gettin back up :P

No, I don't put any on ignore. I just don't answer everyone all the time, but I do answer alot.

Correcting a fundamental position is easy enough.

            Now lets discuss compliance?

IF the lock is defined and there is some INTENT to strangle it's not so EASY to strip it off as you suggest.

The arm "TRIANGLE" is reinforced by both hands and with the proper foot position he can apply rearward leverage on your spine with a simple thrust of his hips.

In standing position I often use my knee as a fulcrum while applying the naked strangle...

As soon as he is shifting in for a tight lock, the technique needs to be done, or even sooner if possible. But assuming he has already go the arm around your neck and has started to put his other arm around behind the head, timing here is vital. That is when you immediately force with power the elbow up, at the same time reach back and claw his hand, lock onto it tight as you pull it up and forward. At the same time all this happens you need to dusk the head out of the hole fast as you shift your hips to the side in this case to the left side, this shifting and crouching slightly forward will allow you not to be struck in the back so easily or taken to the ground. All the movements happen at once. Also if he is a pro fighter you may need to redirect his attention to another area fast, such as a strike to the groin or stomping the instep a brief half a second before you do the technique, A hard elbow to the solar plex as you twist to the left can cause him to slack in the lock as well

I seriously doubt it. But I don't mind talking to you at times.

There are some on these forums that thrive on mockery attacking others, proud boasting, lies and basically just stirring up the pot. There may even be some on these sites that might make it their mission to attack anyone who even slightly hints that MMA is just a sport and not combative survival type of fighting.

They never stop. Even if I gave the most full evidnece imaginable and showed everything I know, with hundreds of hours of video on forms, techniques applications, and I showd pictures of my students terachers, lineages etc etc etc.

They would still lie and attack and go on. It is more fun for some sad people here to attack and fight and mock and lie etc than to have a serious discussion.

men like Jubaji are a prime example. he goes by many other names apparently on other forums.

                        Well, that is a start.

Now lets set up another thread and have a serious discussion on techniques. I will call it Technique discussions, pictures and video etc."

                        • Bruce,

Seeing you claim that certain techniques works brings up the valid question of your lineage and experience.

How long have you trained with Brian Leishman and Sterling Lin?

I think that most people would say that is a valid question.

                          • Bruce,

Can I come visit and cross hands to see how you would fair against a well trained Baguazhang teacher?

                            Bruce?

                            Who are your teachers again?

People wonder why you only seem to post showing apps against a youth.

Can I come cross hands and test your hand?
