Just a thought to throw out there to those of you who have been doing this for much longer than others. What training devces do you use to supplement what you do. I am speaking of things other than heavy bag, weights, and more common things. I've looked at some of the devices that Mike Young had in his book and on the web and wondered if anyone had anything that they thought just really increased their... speed, power, accuracy, aggressiveness, _________.
