Jump over to Bladeforums the FMA section under Tactics and training. There is a good thread running on Sayoc kali and AMOK! Any other information I can give just let me know. I have been studying AMOK! for 3 years, so I might be able to give you a good perspective.

My first AMOK! experience. I show up for a my first private with the Professor and after him explaining a few thing he ask me to punch at him. Me coming from a TKD background I stepped back in to a front stance to punch and he said no,no i want you to punch at me like you will do it for real so i started to punch at but i hasn't trying to hit and againg he said no, what are afraid to hit the old man punch at me so this time i really did and next thing i know i was on the floor and i didnt even knew what happen. After the private i when home confused and amazed. I been doing AMOK! ever since.
