Hi, I'm just started training with sticks; I'm doing the warmups I've seen on the first dogbrothers tape.
Twirling the sticks,however is REALLY taxing my wrists and elbows; sometimes I wake up in the night for the pain.
Is this normal?
Bear in mind that I don't open my grip during twirling.
