Daniel Dennett of MIT has explained the nature of cognition with regard how we process spelling (correct or otherwise) in Consciousness Explained. Regardless, it must have stung you to take a dry retort so personally. Do you have nothing better to do than scream abuse at those of us who take the time to differentiate between the possessive and the contraction, and to use the apostrophe correctly?

First don't make me out to be someone who thinks they are better than everyone else. Especially with your condesending posts. Second I am a laboror so I don't have to write alot at work. Third apparently you think that YOU'RE better than everyone else if you go around correcting spelling.

If you have so much time on YOUR hands then go edit the posts that you've misspelled.
