      Many Japanese words describe the part of the body used to apply the various kansetsu waza...

      Names of things always confused me...still do! LOL

                    She clearly had both arms free and used one to tap out...

                    From a choke. What's the name of it?

                    Really, that's all I'm looking for. Gyaku-Juji-Jime? (Half cross?) or some variation... Seems like a bit much torque to be good judo but it worked.

                            its not a hip lock lol. its bow n arrow choke, the leg is grabbed to tighten the choke and make it more painful for the person recieving it. dont know the judo name. has many variations.

                              Look at the position of the hip; it is very painful thus the hip is locked. I agree about the choke also thus it is both a choke and a hip lock.
