theres a demo on kazaa (its not that good), but still it may help, also there r e-books by ted wong and somebody else on there, the books r good

Go to www.hardcoreJKD.com there is a guy there named Sifu Lamar Davis and his video series is great. I have attended his seminar's and he is for real. He has a 4 volume set of Sil Lim Tao that is great.
