I haven't been in this forum for long, but as from what I see here, practically everyone's biased about TKD. Ok, it's not wrong to think that one style isn't preferrable, especially when it's watered down here in America, but to say that it's ineffective is wrong. Different schools train differen't ways.

Another thing, my uncle fought with the Koreans in Vietnam. Yeah it's true they used guns.
"Yeah, especially considering that no one used guns during that war." However, many times moreover a squad or platoon gets stranded and they have had to fight numerable odds until they ran out of bullets, only then they fought bare hands and usually won.
