45 45 kick it really looks like an alternate 2 cute very low roundhouse kicks to hit the opponents legs or waist.......

it has no knockout power but it does a great score in a Tae Kwon Do tournament.....

45 45 kick is a very common type of kickings here in the Phils.

You go to Korea baby and prepare to cry you are laughing so hard or cry because you can't believe the horrible state of Tae Kwon Do in Korea. Americans are a step up compared to Koreans in Tae Kwon Do. I'm Canadian by the way.

I have been to Korea and saw the TKD. It is more concentrated on sport than the U.S. The W.T.F Olympic TKD is the #1 type there.
