Cant you get addicted to pain killers and cant they harm you?
That sounds cool, a DVD follows a guy around in all his NHB matches and its like a documentary or something. Thats something I would like.
Anyway about the TKD forms. I was lucky enough to have an instructor perfect my techniques and be strict with me and watch every move to make sure I was doing it perfectly. Now when I come to a new school in another state and the grandmaster is very old and sick so he doesnt teach and the other instructors teach for him but they are lenient and dont pay attention to anything and pass anyone who has money. So when I learn a new form by someone who sucks, I dont really pay attention to his movements, just what he tells me the moves are and then I do them correctly. I always won forms competitions except 2. The first one I was just started training again and the 2nd one was biased judges who wanted their student to win. This also happened to me a lot in sparring.
Anyway im sick of tournaments, now I just train alone and practice my own stuff. Mianly I just am conditioning now and running on the treadmill and strai eliptical thing and lifting weights. I just started so im a begginer at it. I have this routine i do where I go down every machine rapidly fast with no breaks in between and come back and do it again. Then I work abs and then do a walk on the dreadmill and cruise. Then I strech and cool off and go home. I havnt done much fight training lately since my surguries.
