    Fine.

So, I'm not going to kick your ass, and you're not going to kick my ass. You were still out of line, and you know it. It isn't worth getting this upset about, esp. since neither of us has the time to waste on this stupid vendetta.

I am 5'6, 200 lbs solid. I may not be Vovchanchin, but I hit fast and hard. You had no call bringing up my ex, there was nothing personal about this until you made it so. There is a line, even to Internet B.S., and you need to learn where it is.

I am sorry if you think I was provoking you, but I'm not sure where your "Private Message for Ronin" post came from either. I think you need to get over your fixation with Pit Dog and lighten up.

That's all. I don't expect you to be afraid of me Tez, but show a little respect.

        Ryu:

Well, to be honest, I don't have the courage to get my body-fat measured. I'm sure I could stand to lose a few pounds, but the main thing is that I have a stocky torso and VERY short legs (27'' in-seam).

I used to body-build, using bench-press, military, dead-lifts, and all the rest of them, but I didn't really put on serious weight until I hit about 23, when my chest size went from 37 to 44 over-night. I don't do anything now except calisthenics, because I am afraid I will get even more freakish looking. Most people think I weigh around 160.

I can bench about 200 (my weight), without really trying, just walking around.

Not to frighten Tez or anything, but I am just naturally big and strong. Wish I were taller, though.

          Wow, very cool.

I am doing mostly calithenics now too, but I do max out at the gym machines and frees at times. I am trying my best to do 500 push ups a night (like you know who). I give myself a day or two to heal up though, and do other weights along with it. That day I ran off to try 300 got me hooked, and I've been doing 500 everynight for about 2 weeks or so (5 sets of 100 with 60 seconds rest in between or so) It's really building my chest, tris, and shoulders.

The Kimura pic I used to have is the look I'm hoping for

            Good luck, man.

I do Hindu squats for leg-strength, and to keep up with my BJJ training when I don't have time to drive an hour and 1/2 to class.

I also do twisting crunches and dive-bomber push-ups.

For cardio, I practice karate/boxing punches, and karate/Thai kicks.

I get to BJJ whenever I can, which isn't much...yet.
