    Ober:

    Don't you mean game-y ???

The smell alone would frighten off attackers.

Tank, Igor V., Oleg T., Huas, or Tyson...

Cuz I know none of them would quit on me!

If I just wanted to walk around intimadating persons, I would probably have Tank, Kerr, Coleman, or Ronnie Coleman(Mr. O) and/or Gary Goodridge.

I,ve met Dorian a few months back and he lost alot of weight since his retirement and he is not that tall and he is too nice to be intimidating...

The only one that I would have by me for raising hell, is the one that has evolved my entire attitude about combat and self defense; the one that sparked the interest in serious fighting system,

          MR. MARC "ANIMAL" MCYOUNG

In this forum, I would have Ryu, Yella Tiger, Duchman and Big Bird.

Duchman will start the fight writing with his mouth a check that surely his ass can't cover...

Then Yella and Ryu will try to calm everything down... talking to opponent and letting their guard open...

Then Myself and big bird will sweep the place clean...

Then the Mousel's A team will find some other bar where start again...

Hey Jay, my emails ****ed up so I'll just ask this question here. Are there any NHB tournaments locally? How do you go about finding out about local NHB tournaments?

                Hey Jim,

I don't know about locally but I can find out. But there are tons of amatuer NHB. Actually right now I'm training for the grappler quest(no-gi) in March and The Pan-american games(sport gi) in april. After those I'm concentrating on NHB. Nick and I and Anyone interested in the school are going to start training and competeing. going to be alot of takedowns (wrestling) and standup shit like kicking punching defending takedowns(sprawl and wizzer) going to be some bad ass training no pussy shit. If thats what your intereted come back in bro we would love to have ya back. we could all learn from each other your hand skills my kicks Nick's takedowns and jiu jitsu also Sean has some good standup shit too. As far as for the tournaments I know there in some in N.J. and Rhode island, and some other places close. Love to train for them with ya. Let me know bro. Talk to you later.

Hey Jay, to be honest with you, I'm a little embarassed I talked all that shit to you. I'm not trying to kiss your ass, that aint my style, but it's just that I felt bad telling you to "shut the **** up" when out of all the guys I trained with, you helped me the most. I still think your were wrong saying "I wouldn't accept Seans challenge", when in fact Sean didn't even challenge me in that way. I have never backed down from any challenge, not only in fighting, but in life. Still I had no right to say that to you. I don't know if I would feel comfortable training with Nick, he probably thinks I'm some punk hardass with a hard-on for talking shit. I think Nick is a great teacher and out of all the guys there, I think you had the best work ethic and I feel you and the other Jay (with tattoos) had the most talent. I think you should work more on your boxing though, I don't know if you can punch, I only seen you hit the mits one time. For someone who doesn't box, you looked decent. Also, if you truly are serious about fighting NHB, I would WITHOUT A DOUBT start some boxing sparring. That way you can work two things 1) Your hand skills 2) To see if you got a chin. I don't know if you got a chin or not, but sparring will tell you the story. Even if you've been hit on the street before, taking a punch from a boxer is A HELL OF ALOT HARDER. If you want we can boxing spar in January, just let me know. I can supply headgear and gloves for you, just let me know a little bit in advance so I can make arrangements.

BTW, I saw your uncle, Billy Growick, last week. He's a cool guy. He works with my brother, they're friends. I forgot to ask him about you though. Billy's a hardcore trainer, he'll show you some shit.

Anyway, I would love to start training for a NHB fight maybe this spring or summer, but I doubt I would I would be welcomed at Nicks. If my boxing career doesn't start taking off by July I am most likely gonna try to get into training NHB full-time. I hope my boxing starts going somewhere, but you never know. Did you tell Sean I'm not fighting the 16th? Well, talk to you later.

Colonie/Jim: Of course you are more than welcome to come train with us. I told Nick that you were always respectfull of him and our school.

It looks like I am teaching this Saturday. We will work some takedowns and some ground submissions. At the end of the class, I like to have a "King of the Hill" takedown session. I think you will be impressed with our takedowns, since they are much stronger than what one might expect at a traditionbal Jui-jitsu school. Plus, I have some boxing questions (I have been sparring a lot).

By the way, since you and Jay are so obviously in love now, ask Jay if I can have his girl friend, she is a complete hottie.

                          Sean

                          P.S.: Just kidding, Jay

What is the collective fascination here with Vunak?

I know he is a "streetfighter", but that can mean a lot of things in the B.S. world of martial arts self-promotion.

                            Can be beat Jerry Peterson?

                              On second thought....

Maybe Billy Blanks. It might be worth getting my ass kicked to see him put the deadly art of Tae Bo to use.

But seriously: I am 100% behind the idea of incorporating more boxing into our training. Nick and I have wrestling backgrounds, we have a Judo blackbelt at our school, and our school also has a heavy Kyokushin influence. Boxing is the only missing ingredient in order for us to have a complete fighting school with no weak points.

Of course, we have to have Nicks approval for this, but I am sure he would be sympathetic to the idea.

The bottom line is we have an environment that should be perfectly tailored for both of you to achieve ur goals. Sean
