    Sean:

    "Complete" ?

    What about pressure-point strikes?

    What about internal energy?

What about clambering up the sides of buildings at night like a monkey?

    Complete, indeed.

What's up Sean. As a matter of fact I'm on my way out the door now to go to the boxing gym. Remember that guy you told me that you said was a cop and he boxed at Durangos?, his name is John Fisher(sp?) I beleive. He fought one of my sparring partners, Kenny pompey. I haven't sparred Kenny...or anyone for that matter in months!!!! I was sick for a good month and as I told you I like to party too much. Now I am finally starting to get back in shape and I should start sparring again next month. Remember that kid w/ tattoos you said you saw fight. He is also one of my sparring partners. I love sparring that kid because after I get hit by him...THERE AINT NOONE WHO'S GONNA HIT ME HARDER THAN THAT!!! I also crack him a few times too, which helps the cause. When is the last time you sparred at Durangos? Maybe in a couple months we can spar. Especially if you enter the toughman (which I think you should). Also, that former sparring partner of Tysons you were referring to...I beleive his name is Ricky Milton(sp?) He used to train down at Albany. He doesn't know me by name but whenever he sees me, he talks to me. I haven't seen him in a long time. He's a very nice guy. He also broke Tyson's ribs in sparring one year.

About going back to Nicks, I would love to but it'll be AFTER my boxing career. That could be anywhere from 20 years to 20 days! Seeing I'm only 20, I figure I am young enough to accomplish both. I also told Jay if he wanted to do some boxing sparring, I could maybe ask my boxing coach if he would allow it. The same goes to you. My trainer is pretty cool, so it shouldn't be a problem. If I do start NHB training I would like it to be with Nick (even though you guys probably refer to me as "The Boxer From Hell" there") Just kidding.

JAY IS STILL WITH THAT GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy shit, the longest relationship I ever had was...let's see.....about 30 minutes. Actually 45 minutes if I didn't train that day.

            LOL

Just kidding. I got great stamina. Atleast in the sack I do.
Now, five rounds on the mits and I need an oxygen tank. That's what taking 3 months off does to you.Anyway, see you later.

Vunak is a great fighter no doubt about it.

Considering that hes constantly in and out of rehab for coke abuse its really amazing.

Paul Vunak gets my vote. I have trained with also and he is outstanding. What is this coke habit crap? I find it hard to believe he does coke.

I'd want Royce. You never know how a person will react when its a streetfight unless you've been there with them. Just recently, Royce & I were in a very tense situation. Tempers were flaring and everyone was packin' except Royce. Fortunately for them, they backed down. Royce was right there ready to go. I know I can depend on him to get down.
