I've been grappling in the back yard with my boys since i was around 8, and we've always loved to just get out and beat on each other. We learned allot about weight adjustment and joints and some strategy, but there are things that need to be taught, and wont really come form normal backyard rumbles.
recently we've been fighting on the trampoline and having it end by submission, though not from finger/toes things, or choke holds. It seems hard to find moves that work in a real fight like this and we only have 1 or 2 that really work, so it gets to be predictable. Can anyone explain a few submission moves to me or give me a link somewhere where i can learn them step-by-step?
thanks allot
