    Not so... I've seen WC Masters sparring - Bushido used to have some very old clips of WC matches in China in the ring. It was basically the same thing, except for falling to the ground. Two Chinamen came in the ring, got into their stances, then began flailing their arms at each other...

      That sounds.. interesting.
      So do you know where one could get a hold of those clips?

        I believe the clips were in Bushido's archive about 2-3 years ago... They were black and white with no sound. Kung-fu men approached the ring and fought using their individual styles. The style most represented was WC (I know this because I've studied WC and Hungar, as well as Choy Li Fut for a while, even though I don't list them as MA's I have studied).

        Anyway, the WC'ers would approach each other in classic stances and then just go apeshit like the guys in this video... Nothing spectacular.
