So far I have had this ritual where I go to the sauna at the World Gym before a match. In the sauna I usually sit there and think about the techniques I've been working on and just focusing on the match tomorrow plus it helps my make weight. Anyone else do anything like this or meditate or anything?

I really dont have a ritual other then every night before i go to bed i put my headphones on and listen to music for awhile and try and make up scenarios in my head and how i could use them to my advantage.In Submission Wrestling/No-GI Bjj it's worked out great cuz im 13-0 so far....hard work and a good mind tend to do that.

I do that at tournaments when I'm not wrestling. I listen to some Disturbed or System Of A Down or Rammstein and then end it with some slower music.
