monday: cabbage (Not the UFC fighter Cabbage)
tuesday: orange food (carrot is the only i can think of)
wednesday: a pee (diet day)
thursday: 8 apples (must eat all within 10 minutes for best effect)
friday: any fruit except apple (for instance, pineapple)
saturday: raisins (don't eat too many, spiders can form in your belly (or so I was told when I was little))
sunday: tons of garlic

i wish it was in a menu for meal like on
monday for brekfast eat__? lunch eat__? snack eat__? dinner eat__? and so on the one you post is just one type of food to eat each day that's nuts it not a real diet menu

Yes you eat what i wrote the whole day, for every meal! It's great because it's easy to follow, and because you get so tired of that food you won't eat so much of it! It's the very latest theries in nutrition science you're seeing here!
